Processing Time
Each letter is individually created. Production times are stated on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times
Once production is complete, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Germany: [e.g., 2–5 business days]

European Union: [e.g., 5–7 business days]

International (Outside EU): [e.g., 7–14 business days]

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at departmentofmagicalletters@gmail.com so we can assist you and resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, dispatch will take place within the stated production window. Cancellation for pre-orders is possible within 24 hours of purchase.
