Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled until production begins. We aim to start production within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, production has begun, since each item is individually made, cancellation is no longer possible once production starts.

For pre-order items, cancellation is likewise possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is considered confirmed and enters the production schedule.
