Before you write

A few questions, answered

When should I order so it arrives in time?

Every letter is prepared and dispatched from our studio within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery then takes about 3–5 business days within Germany, 5–10 across the rest of Europe and 10–21 to the USA, Australia and New Zealand, and tracked delivery is offered at checkout. A wobbly tooth can take its time, so ordering as soon as it starts to move is the safest choice.

Can I order letters for siblings?

Yes. At the review step, choose “Add a sibling’s letter” to write another letter with its own name, story and envelope. All the letters in one order are sent together.

Which story should I choose?

Choose the moment your child is living through: a very first wobbly tooth, a brave moment, a hard-won milestone, a difficult season, or a big change such as a move or a new school. If none of them fits, write the letter entirely in your own words. You can read each letter in full before you order.

Can it be sent straight to the child as a gift?

Yes. Tick “This letter is a gift” at the review step and enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. There are no prices in the parcel, and your own few words are printed on a small separate card for the grown-ups.
