1. Introduction
The Department of Magical Letters creates bespoke, personalized keepsake letters inspired by timeless folklore and seasonal imagination. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon email confirmation.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

5. Personalized Products
All products are individually created based on your input. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of submitted information. We reserve the right to reject unlawful or inappropriate content.

6. Prices
All prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

7. Payment
Payment is processed via the available payment methods in the shop.

8. Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB, no right of withdrawal applies to personalized products.

9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the customer may regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The aforementioned limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or in the case of fraudulently concealed defects.

12. Intellectual Property
All content and designs remain the property of the Department of Magical Letters and may not be used without permission.

13. Fictional Nature
All products are fictional keepsakes created for imaginative purposes.

14. Governing Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
