A few questions, answered
When do the letters arrive?
This season’s first letters leave our studio on 20 October. After that, every set of letters is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Both letters of The Christmas Pair travel together in one parcel, and each one is marked, so you know which one to read in the days before Christmas and which one to put away for Christmas morning.
When should I order so it arrives before Christmas?
Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days within Germany, 5–10 to the rest of Europe and 10–21 to the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Tracked delivery is available at checkout for every country we deliver to. The review step shows the last order date for your country.
Can I order letters for siblings?
Yes. Write their names together ("Anna and Ben") and Santa writes to both in one letter. Or, at the review step, choose “Add a letter for a sibling” for a letter of their own. All the letters in one order are sent together.
Can I change Santa's words?
Yes. Read Santa's letter first, then choose “Edit Santa's words” to change any line, or “Start from a blank page” to write the whole letter yourself. The price stays the same.
Can it be sent straight to the family as a gift?
Yes. Tick “This order is a gift” at the review step and enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. There are no prices in the parcel.
